Switch t2/t3 arena 2nd place reward...seriously

It baffles me that the reward for 2nd place in tier 2 arena is a billion times better than the t3 2nd place reward
For those who don't know tier 2 2nd place gives you 100 gems while in tier 3 it gives you a 5*
Now tell me which would you prefer? Yeah I thought so
