you know, while we may not have exactly this idea implementad, we can actually take another idea out of it: individual events. if it was possible to implement some kind of event where every player fends off for themselves...
right now we have bonus maps, i guess those qualify. also the arena. there might be a possibility for other kinds of individual events in the future?
on another note, (addressing the $ problem) it's not only about money. is about people themselves, whether they are nice or not.
remember when i say this war with Loki was hard for me?
1) i spent all my gems and i didn't make it. i ended up buying gems to get him. this time i paid.
2) one of my partners had already scored 50k and was in first place. i did my push and eventually i saw that partner kept going and had around 53k. i assumed he wanted to ensure 1st place
3) i finished with spare gems, and the next day i got more gems from the login reward. i could have gone further if i wanted, but i stopped once i scored 50k. why? to avoid taking 1st place from my partner.
i still had more money, i ended up having more gems than i needed, i could have taken 1st place and i decided not to.
this war i was a paying player, and i still was nice. it wasn't even about the boss card (since only the 2 of us got him), the only real difference between 1st and 2nd is the ammount of gems rewarded.
now if we talk about a guild competing for the top 3... that's another story. and the story goes like this:
they either ensure top 3, take the gamble and try to top 3, or keep 15 of their players to score their 50k each and send the rest to do their 50k in another guild.
one of my partners came from another guild, and what i heard is that top15 was already full, and at the last hour some people went on scoring and they got kicked out of top15, and missed the boss
not cool
