androids freezing with new update

Hey guys it seems a lot of android users have had an issue with the game freezing during auto spinning. The game freezes.. no error reporting pops up... when we reset the game it goes to the home screen and our energy is used and is lost. It has happened playing raid boss, guild boss, and while playing various levels on normal, bonus, and advanced maps.

Yes same here. It was fine before update 3.03.

Hi, thanks for the report. Our dev team is looking into this problem. Meanwhile, to improve the game performance, please make sure that you don't have many other apps running in the background (remove them from the task manager) and you have enough storage space in your device main memory as well as SD card.

Yes I am one of mitch's friends and I am an android user. I feel after the bug is fixed some sort of reimbursement is in order as many of us pay a lot of money to play this game and when it freezes on you to put it nicely it pisses you off when you lose your energy for nothing.

I am on a Kindle Fire and this is happening as well. It freezes
on auto-spin and on manual spin as well.
Frustrating when you need 1 card to close a level, have 3 gold chests
and it stops.
It also sucks that it keeps your energy as well.

Game is still freezing. I was in new advanced map with a gold chest and used a revive too. All other programs are closed. Any other hints/tips to prevent this? Thanks.

every time I set on auto spin the game freezes only started after the new update for the game on my galaxy s5

Please try to update to version 3.0.4 if you have yet, which should help with the freeze issue.
