Hey support of dragon era.
i just made 2x 11 cards recruit and just got one 6* card and im actually really disappointed about that cause i sepnt 1000 gems for actually 4* and 5* which are really useless.
It would be great if u charge me with some gems cause like i already said im really disappointed about that.

Hi mimimoo, the 11x gem recruit gives at least one 6 star or above card. Have you used some of your recruited cards yet? Please don't use any of them while we check.

Update:
Hi mimimoo, when we checked, you have already used 2 cards from the first 500 gems 11x recruit and 3 cards from the second one, but in the remaining cards, we found that you received one 6 star card for each 11x recruit. The 6 star+ card you received from the 1st 11x recruit is a 6 star Snake Spirit; and the 6 star+ you received from the 2nd 11x recruit is a 7 star Apep.
