Can't delete my account.

How can I delete my dragon era account?
Even deleting and reinstalling won't help.
I just keep getting this message "For your protection, account deletion is disabled for your account."

Hi, we have disabled the account deletion function for characters over level 40 because several players have accidentally done so and there is no way to fully recover their account once it’s deleted. If you are sure you want your restart your character, we can rese t your account for you. We would need the following information to locate and verify your account if you want us to proceed. Please send them to me via private message (the PM button to the right of this post). After providing the information below you also need to quit from the game and do not open it again until have replied again to confirm the account reset.
- Your 6 letter/digit friend code (Menu--Invite Bonus--My ID)
- Your in game name
- Your character level
- Gem balance
- Coin balance
- Potion balances
- Ticket and guild point balance
- Last stage unlocked. (e.g. Chapter 1, Area 5. Isle of Dark)
