Frozen game

This is the second time it occurred... Quite upsetting as I lost 40 energy doing 2 soloman runs.. Can I get back my energy... Thanks, plus why is the game doing such?

Hello Kymil,

I have sent you a private message which you can reply to regarding this. There are four main reasons for game to crash:

1. Third party memory manager running in the back-ground zapping the game's temporary data during middle of battle.
2. Lack of running memory (ram) on the device usually caused having too many apps running in the background.
3. Lack of storage space (main or sdcard) for the game to store temporary data files.
4. a bug in the game we haven't caught/fix (though this is not likely as we would usually get large volume of contacts). It's recommended to always run the latest version of the game to get all the bug fixes.
