keep getting frozen

I am using my ipad and today have gotten frozen 3 times whereon i lost about 50 gems on revives all for not as i got frozen and then had to reload the game and all progress was lost. Will there be fix to this, i feel as if i am throwing away money for no reason.

Hi Kymil Durothil, sorry to hear about the game froze on you. Did you upgrade your game from version 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 right before the game froze 3 times? Please provide your game ID and approximate time of the 3 game froze via private message (the PM button to the right of this post).
