No Raid Boss reward

Hey,
my raid bosses are level 62/70 and it happened now a couple of times that someone killed my raid boss but i didnt get the rewards.. why?

he's not the only one i killed a friends lvl 22 future earth soldier got nothing..guy in my guild said same thing happened to him

I also just had this happen- a friend killed my lvl 70 raid boss and I did not receive a reward. I know of others this has happened to as well.

The testers haven't been able to reproduce this yet so if anyone have any specific details to help to identify the issue would be great. Also, have everyone double checked the rewards lists or claimed list to make sure the reward isn't just hidden at the bottom of the list when this happens?
