If you are using Android version 6.0, please try force quit then restarting your game couple times - this should make the notifications work again.

I'm using Android version 5.1.1 and also if I close it many times, it still won't work.

Hello gimlie,

You can send us your 6 letter/digit game code so we can look into your account closely. Please make sure you are residing in countries where Google is blocked or push notifications will not work.

My id is knbyc9 and i'm from The Netherlands, so it shouldn't be a problem regarding blocking notifications.

Hello gimlie,

Nothing appears to be wrong with your account that should be preventing you from receiving notifications. Can you go to your devices Settings app (looks like a gear), then choose Application Manager, find Dragon Era and open the app setting, then verify the show notification checkbox is checked? If that doesn't allow you to start get notifications, I recommend attempting to reinstall the app to see if that fixes the problem.

Tried everything you recommended, but still no notification when someone send me a message. Think I'll have to live with it ;)

The notifications in general are all messed up since the latest update. Also when I updated it unprotected all my cards! I had to go through and protect them all again one by one which takes ages.

Hi mistervista, we will try to reproduce the problem of the notifications, but updating the game should not erase your card protection status now as the data are now stored on our server.

UPDATE: We recently fixed a notification related bug that would prevent some players from receiving them recently.
