Gem purchase not received.

I ordered gems and did not receive them. It was the 19.99 package/260 gems which I believe told me I would get 320.

OBTW, I did do a force stop on both Dragon Era and Google Play, have closed the app, rebooted the device but have not cleared cache data, was hoping to avoid that one. ;)

Hi Gerald, we have manually added 312 gems (260 gems + 20% event bonus) to your account. You may need to re-enter the game to see the balance change.
