Missing Gems
Posted: Mon Jun 06, 2016 5:07 amHi, I made an in game purchase of gems while fighting the guild war boss on Saturday and as a result the game kept crashing anc wiuldn't load due to a data error. I tried all of the forum tips, but thr only thing that worked was restoring the game from a back up which means I fortunately still have my account and cards. However, I never reveived the £14.99 gem pack gems, but I've still been charged....I have a screen shot of invoice, but I couldn't work out hos to attach it. How do I get thr gems back please given I've already invested a significant amount supporting this game. Thx Andy Felton
