I had about 500 GEMS, all of a sudden now I have 25 GEMS, my gems were disappeared.

I didn't use my GEMS for anything else... even I didn't recruit "Bright Battle Brynhildr" to collect more GEMS and buy a 8* in the future.

Very surprised. Please give restore my GEMS.

Our records shows you had 425 Gems, but two days ago you bought 23 revive potions for 200 Gems and 23 energy potions for 200 Gems. Based on your post and your potion balance, i assumed these were unintentional purchases (someone else playing on your device/account or unintended taps when phone wasn't screen locked). So I have reverted those two purchases for you.
