Thanks for the report. This is caused by a change in iOS 12 making the underlying game framework's animation timing function to stop functioning correctly, especially when the hand is touching the screen. Touching the screen also makes the energy and guild shop countdown clock go faster as well, since it uses same timing function.
At this time we are not sure if this is a intended breakage change or an iOS 12 bug (yes, we are aware it doesn't affect most other games as they don't use the same game framework), but the issue is not easily fixable as it may require rewriting the game in a different framework. Hopefully, the next iOS 12 update will fix this issue.
There is a workaround to keep the game playable in IOS 12, which is to not touch the screen unless you need to tap on something. When you are in battle and enter auto-spin, there is no need to keep touching the screen to keep it auto-spinning. Also do not stay on the guild shop screen and press refresh as soon as the timer reaches 0, as the client timer is no longer accurate, go back out and in again to see it reset to correct timing.
