Lost/Forgotton email and password
Posted: Wed Jan 17, 2018 3:17 pmA fellow player had to reinstalled the game and in the process forgot his password and email he used to register his id. How can he recover this info. Can playmage help?

The player can contact us via email at support@playmage.com with his in-game name and level, as well a his approximate coin, gem, stone balance so we can locate and verify their account.
