Purchased gems not appearing in account

Hi developers of swipe heroes,

I recently purchased the 1500 (+300) bundle of gems. The money was taken out of my bank account however the gems have not been credited over. I believe this may be due to me getting a new phone and creating a new character (crayoncat) rather than transferring my old character (wheelbarrow) onto my new phone. Can you please look into this asap and credit the 1800 gems onto crayoncat.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear about your purchase issue. Please try force quitting then restarting the game app couple times to see if that will automatically credit you the missing Gems. If that doesn't work, please contact iTunes Connect about your order and ask them to provide the 15-digit Vendor RECEIPT ID for the purchase. Once you obtained the Receipt ID, please the receipt email from iTunes Store for the purchase to us support@playmage.com and include the Receipt ID obtained from Apple in the message. We will credit of the missing Gems ASAP upon receipt.
