Please remove player Lavac

He/she repeatedly swears and cusses people out in game even when we are trying to help them.

Don't know about remove, but I would like the chat limit changed for non VIP players, less messages for non VIP (maybe 20). Like for example Lavac is non VIP player and spams almost daily world chat + sends inappropriate private messages as well, good there is mute possibility. Talking about mute, sometimes when you mute player couple days after you can see their messages in world chat and have to mute them again. Is this fixed yet?

I don't see a Lavac in the game. Please capture a screenshot next time and sent to support@playmage.com so we can identify the player and disable his access.
