Sara Leech Skill

Sara Leech skill never crits, I have been using her long enough to know this is a fact. My question is wondering whether this a bug or is it suppose to be so?

great thanks, another thing I noticed is that their doesn't seem to be any damage increase against enemies that have an elemental weakness to leech skill.
