Chapter 4 empty treasure chest 18 stars

I just completed the Chapter 4 Deriot Empire quest and got 18 stars. When I opened the chest for completing the chapter, nothing appeared. What prize is it supposed to be and can you credit my account with it? Thanks!

Hello HeavyGrinder,
The 18* star box reward is 100 Gems. Checking your account (assuming it's the same in-game-name), it appears that you already received this 100 Gems despite your client just failed to display the chest content.
