Do you mean the purchase didn't go through so you can't claim the daily gems from the monthly pack, and you can't purchase again? If so, please try reinstalling the app to see if that resolve the issue, please try contact the Apple's itunes support to see if they can resolve it as the monthly pack is configured as a consumable item and shouldn't display that error message.
