Gem purchase then crash

If I buy gems, the sale goes through but no gems and then is says "data error" and suggests I need to restart. I have tried that and it continues to show the same instructions. I have restarted a few dozen times.

I play on a Kindle Fire. I have taken the game off the device and reinstalled from the cloud with the same result. I am playing version 3.0.12

I have tried multiple gem purchases with exactly the same result. My purchases have been:
6-25-15 D01-7176271-5173913 $19.99
6-25-15 D01-7508387-7049121 $19.99
6-26-15 D01-5356921-6239536 $ 9.99
6-26-15 D01-2891975-6604348 $ 9.99

I attempted to post this topic yesterday, with no success. Apologize if this is redundant.

Thanks for the report. We had an issue with Amazon changing their SSL certificate causing our server to fail to validate all purchase receipts. Please try reopening your app again and this should have the problem fixed. Please email your order info/screenshot to support@playmage.com if re-opening the game after now does not automatically credit your failed purchases.

I can make purchases again. However, I haven't gotten prior 4 purchases as listed in original posting.

Please send the following to support@playage.com to request Gem credit for those purchases:
1. Your missing order info (order number and amount) or screenshots of each missing order
2. Your account's 6 letter/digit friend code (menu->friendship->search) in your email
