Ally Bank : LOst My Pheonix.. Argghhh

I joined the Bankers Guild because I wanted to keep my allies. I needed my healer so midst battle I swapped out my pheonix ( which I was using) for my healer. After when I went to the bank just the soldier and the robot was there.. no pheonix. arrgghh.. I was building him up and could care less about the robot or soldier. Is there a way to get my pheonix back?

When you say swap out your phoenix, did you replace it with an premium ally? That would remove your current ally since your ally slots are full.
We may be able recover your phoenix from day or two ago, if you send a request through the contact link below the game window with detailed information. Then again, if you already have a premium ally healer, the other allies are really not as useful.
