I got this in an email from Candy Crush:

Candy Crush Saga launches Dreamworld mode!

Dear Samra,
The most amazing thing has happened in Candy Crush Saga! For the first time ever the team has created a brand new game mode, called Dreamworld! You have NEVER played Candy Crush like this before!

What’s it all about?
• Unlocked at level 51 Dreamworld lets you play your favourite levels in a totally new way.

• Keep Odus the Owl sitting on his half-moon, by crushing the correct number of candies he’s holding.

• Dreamy new map plus exciting Moon Struck mini-mode!

This is HUGE news Candy fans! Come and play today and experience Dreamworld mode today!

Yes, we are aware of this. Pokemon has a dream world expansion as well. There is also a theme park named dream world in Australia. There has been other games with the name in the past. Event though out real first public use of the game name dates back in 2002's text based version of the game, the name is probably too generic for anyone to win in a copyright suit as long as the games are distinctly different in nature.
