No INT or DEX stuff and a gems complain

I noticed that there are no INT or DEX Stuff to buy, not even with gems. Is this a bug or is that intended?

And in the case of gems I noticed that there is no discount when attempting to pay bigger amounts of gems. It is even so that paying bigger amounts of gems costs a bit more!
Do the math: 1000 gems costs US$ 199.99 when paying it at once. But if someone is so silly and pay 200 times the 5 coin pack then he would even safe 2 US$ in the end. (200 times 0.99$ equals to 198 US$)

I am pretty sure you can only buy Strength and Constitution. But my Int, Dex, and Speed are higher than my strength from all the pills I got from various chests. You can't get Str or Const in the chest.

You can purchase learning points with gems, which you can use to train the stats you mentioned.

The issue with gem purchases packages is is a limitation with our third party payment provider, Offerpal. We will forward your issues to them.

Thank you. it would be nice to see some discount when buying bigger packages.
It is interesting that the company can not select their own price plans but get the prices dictated by that Offerpal.
I would like to pay a bigger package. But with the current price scheme it is not interesting to pay a bigger package.
