Can't post in Global Chat

I can read the chat board, but cannot type in. The space to type in is gray.
I have emptied my cache, restarted my computer. Works on my android phone though..

Still can't post.. but I can send private chats through the game chat.... but I can't see what I type.
Please.. any ideas?

What recent changes did you make to your browser, such as addons or upgrades? Have you tried a different browser?

Tonight.. finally it is back to *normal*.
It was a zooming in/out issue. Thanks for the reply though
