Never recieved Gems

So trying to upgrade my player I thought I would get some free gems. Seeing that getting approved for a discover card gave one of the most that is what I did. Now it said that it may take a few weeks for things to be processed to make sure everything went through correctly. Now I have a nice new credit card and never received my 600 or so gems that it offered. So now that I have done this and impacted my credit score. Why have I not received what was promised by the game?

on the earn gems for free site there is a help button. if you click that, it takes you to a page where you can check your offer status,which leads you to a report problems link. they don't make it easy . hope this helps.
btw, the offers are through trialpay.

Hello I have completed Time World chapter 5 and it happend when the update was going on... and never got my gems for doing it.... if more info in needed please let me know
