Premium Ally Missing

Several days ago I purchased a Premium Ally, the High Priestess. I already had three allies, two in the bank. The gems were spend, but I never got the premium ally. I would like the situation corrected please.

Did you click the "use" button under the ally? Go back to your premium allies on the character/ally tab and check there. As you purchase/find more premium allies, you will need to go there to switch them around, not the bank.
