Special promotion

I was offered a special promotion, if I was to spend 20 gems or more. The promotion included the bankers guild, 20 learning points, and an instant energy+skillpoint refill. However, I purchased the fire bird ally (21 Gems) and have recieved no promotinary bonuses.

I did the exact same thing a couple of hours ago and didn't receive the 20 Learning Points.
