Hi could you help me out here, i know i have completed demon slayer...... but have not got demon wings, so what did i do wrong or have the rules changed.

The Demon Wing reward is not tied to any quest. You will need to actually defeat the orb gate you opened and collect the reward to get the ally (which will show up in the right side of your ally screen)
