Talisman is best for tracking damage, use it first attack. It's a constant number so I suggest doing it instead of skill bar usage.

Talisman damage can still vary slight if you are using a staff (as all magic skills will vary), or if your sword/gun skill level is lower than your character level.

After analyzing the game based on information provided so far, we did find that most of bosses do gain a tiny fraction bit more armor defense when they hit a new level . This might be the cause of the slight damage drop people are seeing, which should be less than 1% of total damage going from 99 to 100. This amount however has nothing to do with players getting weaker when the reach 100, but the boss getting slightly higher defense.

That's the issue though, you go from 99 to 100 and lose damage instantly.

At level 99.80 with attack at 768822. Against the Drow . Using a single talisman hit. I am a sword and my sword skill is above my level. I get the same number each time. 3847099
Spamming (holding s button) after damage maxes I usually get 1481575. sometimes 1446296, and rarely 151????( I was unsuccessful at stopping at this last one to catch the last 4 digits.) For Behemoth exactly the same numbers as drow.
For Deumos Talisman= 3735025 every time. Spam hit after damage maxes was 1438410, sometimes 1404176 or 1472663
For Mormo Talisman=3622980 every time. Spam hit after damage maxes was 1395270, sometimes 1362037 or 142????
For Poseidon Talisman= 1783483 every time. Spam hit after damage maxes was 686836, sometimes 670489 or 654????
For Mothership Talisman=18395132 every time. Spam hit after damage maxes was 7084252 usually.
All of these where with the same attack, and at level 99.80. With Heroic.
If the devs need it they have my permission to examine my character however they want for the purposes of examining this issue.

I did happen to record my entire toon at lvl 99 but i cant regress my toon now at lvl 100 to reproduce and record an outcome.

Additional stats at level 99.99. Attack is 782820 with heroic
Faction boss---Talisman hit 3,943,162 after 3 weakens usual spam hit is 1,518'562
Invasion---Talisman hit 18,730,066. After 3 weakens spam hit is 5,473,254
Drow---Talisman hit 3,917,130. After 3 weakens spam hit is 1,508,551

At level 100 Attack still 782820
Faction boss---Talisman hit 3,883,107 spam after 3 weakens is 1,495,443
Invasion--- Talisman hit is 18,444,826 and spam after 3 weakens is 7,103,386 (I believe I screwed this up at level 99.99 and only did 2 weakens)
Drow--- Talisman hit is 3,917,130 and spam after 3 weakens is 1,508,551

A small decrease against Faction and Invasion, but the same verses Lolith.

Thankyou Rich for providing what i couldnt and taking the time to record it,It makes no sense and cant be justified that a player would do less dmg going from a lower lvl to a higher one the discrepancy is clear.If Richs stats now at 100 are better than they were and getting to a new lvl he loses dmg anywhere then what is the point of getting to 100,A lvl 100 player will not reach his full potential till he has breached the discrepancy and if the problem isnt fixed then even if the lvl cap is raised the discrepancy will carry through to the next lvl cap.I thank everyone for their time and patience in slowing down and observing how their toon interacts with the world they play in.

Some bosses will get slightly tougher as you level up because they will be spawning at higher level, and it's design because there is a armor boost to mobs based on their level and this will not be changed. You are not getting any weaker, you are just spawning a a higher level boss. In comparison you doing tiny bit less damage on the instant you level up, but that's nothing compared to the amount free pills that will make make your character stronger as you play, so it won't take too long to offset the drop once you hit the level cap.

No one suggested that we were weaker. What we said is that we do more damage and are more effective at level 99 than at 100. Whether it is because we are weaker or the bosses stronger is beside the point. I can accept it as it is not that much and as you said in a few weeks I will be back to my previous strength. I realize the fix for this could be quite complicated. It is still pretty annoying that as you peak your level, your effectiveness goes down.Those pills that we must collect to get even should be pills that make us stronger.

Is it only the T3A Centurions that are having an issue with this, or is it affecting other level 100's? So far only the T3A members are complaining about it.

I'd be interested in hearing from VV, s11, and any other guild that has a level 100 to see if they are experiencing this issue.
