Can no longer claim my crystal requests when i go to claim a lucky from the App Center on facebook it says

Oops
Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.


Rest of the guild seems to be having the same issue

the people in the guild i'm in are having the same problem

I started to get that message last night. I finally got my crystals, but today (just now-server time 14:52) the message is popping up again.

Redeeming the free crystals our friends post isn't working either.

Same with our guild. Claiming anything off of one's home page doesn't seem to work. It says it works but there isn't actually a change in your number of crystals or coins.

I not only cannot redeem the crystal gifts from friends but i redeemed a shared yellow crystal and it did not add to my total. When I tried again it gave "You have already redeemed from this friend message."

Another day with the crystal link broken so that redeeming gifted crystals gets "Oops, Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can" message.

I got same problem with everyone here, when i claim the crystal it says "Oops, Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." Whatever i do, just cannot claim crystal but strangely, my friend play this when he claim crystal got no issue like this. What happen? i have account named Cupukill at SIO guild. This occur from yesterday, sadly today seems cannot claim crystal

same here and keep getting scripting warning popup as well.

You should be able to claim your daily crystals using it.
