Thanks for the reports. Facebook for some reason decided to start appending an extra "/" in the URL they pass to us (the canvas iFrame) even if the browser URL doesn't have it, which screws up all the share links. FB Bug Link: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/567466826646137

We have deployed a workaround patch which should have now fixed this problem caused by Facebook.

Still not able to claim daily crystals from the FB app center requests page. Have to use the link that Claudia shared in global chat

Facebook has already fixed the underlying bug and we have removed the workaround fix (we have verified it). If you still request you can't claim, it's probably because they are request already claimed while the bug existed (have to manually delete the requests). This shouldn't affect newly shared crystal requests though,

It's not shares that are the problem, it's daily gift collection. We're all using a workaround link still, the regular claim process still isn't working

The problem isn't newly shared crystals, but the ones sent out to fellow players daily (our daily 8 crystals).

I just tried it again on a new post. I received the same message I've been getting the last few days. There is still a problem somewhere that hasn't been fixed.

Nope, crystal gifts are still broken. I try to collect gifts and get this message box; "OOPS, Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." This is the third day in a row I've been getting this message.

I tried to collect a crystal from the app requests page that was only 2 minutes old and still got the same "oops...something is broken" message

still no crystals except thru alternate link

Paste URLs you see on your browser when it says "something is broken" and we can take further look. Screenshots including the URL bar would work as well. Make sure you clear your browser cache as well first incase.
