I bought the 50 gems for 4.95 deal and after it completed the transaction it said I got 50 gems and 200 LP but when i went to the game there were no gems and no LP.

Looks like when our server tried to fetch the info about the purchases, Facebook returned error status code 400, which is same thing that happens when our server tried to fetch your Fan/Like status. Can you please check to make sure you don't have any special restrictive permission or privacy setting that would prevent us querying Facebook regarding your account? You can also try removing the Dream World app then adding it back from www.facebook.com/playdream to see if that fixes the permission problem (it won't erase your character).

We have manually added the Gems and LP to your account.
