Name change issues

I want to change my name in game...
So I go to "Inventory" tab, and on that tab I click "Need more Gems?" that then takes me to the "Guardian" but on this version of the tab "Change your name to _____ Buy for 9 gems" is there instead of "Reset your premium attributes. Buy for 42 gems". But when ever I put a name in the box for the "Change your name to" and click buy nothing happens.
I wish to change my in game name to something else
