can you please investigate and find out why i logged in with at least 100 less gems then when i logged out last night...thankyou

Looks like you or someone on your account spent 100 gems between 00:54AM Eastern time and 04:03AM Eastern Time. We don't log LP spending, but it's likely the same person distributed LP on your stats.

Following time are Eastern Time:
2013-09-16 00:54:41 - 12 Gems - Energy Refill
2013-09-16 04:02:49 - 10 Gems - Coin Purchase
2013-09-16 04:02:52 - 10 Gems - Coin Purchase
2013-09-16 04:02:54 - 16 Gems - LP Purchase
2013-09-16 04:02:56 - 16 Gems - LP Purchase
2013-09-16 04:02:58 - 16 Gems - LP Purchase
2013-09-16 04:03:01 - 10 Gems - Coin Purchase
2013-09-16 04:03:06 - 10 Gems - Coin Purchase

Although we have no obligation to make any adjustment as you are responsible for anyone who access your account, we have decided to refund the 40 Gems for the coin purchase as there is little benefit for buying coins at your level. You need to make sure no one else has access to your account (recommend changing your FB password if it's not secure or was shared) AND no one else has access to your computer while you are logged onto your FB account (including roommate/family members).

i appreciate what u have doen but this is obviously a hack job and i would appreciate my full refund except for the energy refill.....look at the times it was done...take the lps back and the coins

ugh i appreciate that and thanku....although at my level also i see little point in buying LPs.....I was neither awake or playing at that time

I'm sure the dev team could check all of Sin's recent login IP addresses - if he indeed was hacked, where is the harm in resetting his character's gems and stats to what they were before?

We have refunded your LP purchase in addition to coins and removed the purchased LP as an additional one-time courtesy. Please make sure your password is secure enough and never give away your access of your account to anyone else.
