Purchased VIP and then won one in the daily roll

I purchased a VIP and then won one in the daily roll and so i clicked it to add since i had no room, and it added the time but the xp bonus is now gone, its been bugged for days thought it might fix but at this point i'm wasting days and resources and xp please fix asap thanks

Are you talking about Dream World or Time World? Are you sure the Exp bonus didn't just expire naturally? Also, you need to provide your in-game name, guild name (or galaxy id if Time World) for us to look into any issues.

I clicked time world but yes, i have the bonus still on and yet i am not receiving it still. Name is Ashriel, Galaxy is Xanadu which is the 1st one

to update, i still am getting the ap bonus but it doesn't look like resource is on, and xp is def not

The xp bonus is not part of VIP buff. There is a separate XP buff that you need to have to receive xp bonus.
