I haven't been able to get my crystal gifts for 2 weeks now. The app centre hasn't opened for me. it has since changed name to "games", but still doesn't open! I have tried on different computers ( which are shared computers and work for others on their account). anyway gifts can be fixed so we can collect them in game ??

If you cannot get to the App Center request page, then you need to contact Facebook since we have no control over their features.

that link doesn't work for me,..it is blank and I have tried contacting fb, with no luck. only email i got was a message thanking me for feedback and saying they can't email everyone....which leads me back to my original question,...anyway of fixing it so we can actually collect our gifts in game ?

You try a different browser? Works fine with Chrome...

it worked fine on chrome for me til the halloween event ended..different computers/ different browsers doesn't matter
