Buying Gems in DreamWorld

I am trying to purchase gems in Dream world and i go to the guardian and select the option i want and it will not allow me to purchase them even though i have the credits. All i t will let me do is select an option but it doesnt open the purchase gems page allowing me to purchase them, anyone know why it is doing this???

Is anyone from tech support gonna give me a response to this so I can get this fixed????
