Did not get pillar reward notification

On February 7th a short time before 17:38 server time, I should have gotten a pillar reward notice for our guild being in 3rd place against Alston Pillar. I had done several attacks just before it dies getting us into 3rd from 6th place but got no reward notice. Did I get the actual coupons but no notice or did I not get either? Please credit the coupons if I did not.

If you didn't recently join the galaxy (recent joins are ineligible for rewards), then you probably got the coupons despite the missing mail.
Please use Time World's bug forum (link below) instead of Dream World's in the future.

Thank You for the info. I had just assumed that since I used the link in the Time World game I would be in the Time World forum. I will look mire closely in the future.
