I purchased Gems and never received them

Just today I purchased 60 Gems, I received the LP but no Gems. I had 12 Gems before the purchase and still only have 12 Gems. Can someone please fix this, I'm getting charged for nothing on my paypal.

First please refresh the page to double check it's not just delayed balance update. If you still don't see them, please send me a private message (the PM button to the right) with your in-game name, in-game level, and the order transaction number.

Thanks, no I refreshed and poped in and out of dream world 2 times yesterday and was still at 12 gems. I noticed they gave me my gems this morning though..Very long delay.

Some of the offers say it will take X amount of time for the gems to appear.
