I have a problem i have gone and fused a elf ring to a level 1 BBgun it now shows +720 and no fusion buttion showing what can i do about it as i have lost a lot of fusion points.

not a bug but a huge booboo,

low lvl gear can not be fused, this was just covered in this topic http://www.playmage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=13388

only post game weapons can be fused, thus your lvl 1 BBgun has all them enchants, the only thing the Devs may be willing key may (not likely) is restore the elf ring that was used to do to the BBgun.

How do i ask them as i am new to the game

pm the admin or pmsupport, they are part of the Development team.
