Hi there,

Sorry to bother everybody because this isn't a bug. I realize that the rules for getting free e for lower level players is as follows:

* Free energy fill for new players
** Guardian will charge 0 gems for energy refill for players meeting following requirement:
** Level 60 or below.
** Less than 20 points of stat over softcap.
** No more than 50 gems balance.
** No item with more than 100 enhances.
** No more than 20 virtual members (FB only)

My question is, is the "less then 20 points of stat over softcap" for EACH attribute or cumulative over all of them?

over 20 points of stat over softcap on any attribute. One of the Havenites (Gary) mentioned this in chat

Please excuse me for being dense or particularly wanting to understand this particular item: 20 on any ONE stat or 20 over them ALL. We have a player who's stats look like this: 54/45/36/39/39. So, no one stat is over by 20 but if you add up each overage over base stats together you get 22 (as soon as she hit 21 it quit giving e). So the latter is what I am seriously expecting. Especially during an event like this.

and in case you missed it on Global Ms. Santa does not appear in the following areas: Alien Invasion, Demon Gates, Alien Portal, or Monster Arena. Rule of Thumb: If you don't see GoD in an area normally, then you won't see Ms. Santa or the Easter Bunny either. Your members were mistaken

Since you can purchase Str to 50, and Con to 120, Soft cap is 50, 120, 32, 32, 32. It's 20 stat over any one soft capped attributes, so if any of the attributes gets 20 over then the free e ends

My apologies. My reading of DWs last post stopped at the sarcasm. So, a player with the stats that *I* gave above SHOULD still be getting free e, according to what you said.

If so then this is a serious bug and I would like the devs to PM me for further details, if you could please, or correct any misapprehensions on this page.

if any 1 stat is 20 over you loose free refills or combination of - as the original guidelines and DW said. no need to be rude to people replying to your question.

The rule is actually if you have more than 20 points over base in your stats. Meaning you take the number of points over what is considered base, and if that number is 21 or greater then you lose the ability to get free refils. It has been this way since they started the thing, and nothing has changed.
