Can anyone help? One of my guild members put in a request for an item in our guild vault and he's high enough level to take it. When I tried to accept his request It came up with the message: player can't receive more items until they have claimed all items from the home screen message area. What exactly does that mean?

It means he needs to claim all items from his home screen first. This prevent players abusing the home screen messages as item storage.
