gems not showing up

I bought the $49.95 gems package and it has not shown up.

I completed level 5 in timeworld, hit the link button for my 20 free gems, and got nothing.

Purchases usually arrives within couple minutes unless there is an issue with the payment provider. If the payment went through and you still have not received the gems, please use the contact link below the game to send in a report.

Once you reach chapter 6 in Time World, you can retrieve the Free Gems claim link anytime by going back to the Time World game and open up the mission dialog (click on the advisor), then click on the "Free Gems" link at the top left corner of the mission dialog. Please make sure you temporarily disable any popup blockers if the claim page does not open when you click on claim.
