Hiya supportians!

I am attempting to help a very new player to the game. His name is Raynman and is in JLH. He started off as a Hero character but did a restart.

None of his FB friends can see his picture, send him dream stones, add him to party or anything like that. He would like to be visible.

Does this have something to do with the privacy settings if you start the game with an assigned name? Anyways, I was wondering if you could help him out.

It may be his own privacy settings. He can go to his Facebook settings, in the app section make sure Dream World has the friends permission granted. If the permission cannot be added back manually or is not showing as an issue, he can try remove the app and add it back (should retain the link to his current Dream World account).
