not able to send crystals

i am tring to send crystals to game friends, and when i click "send to game friends" no list comes up, just the screne to "send more". Wy am i having this problem and how can this be resolved?

this is the case for both main charter and also my alternbate charater.

ok, i believe i have found the possible source of problem. I have deleted my alt account, and would appreciatethe ability to send crystals again
