My 7 day heroic has been ending about 3am (central time) on monday mornings. I log on this morning and it has expired. Please give me my 3 days back. Thanks

I would appreciate when you correct this to please not just add 3 days to my current Heroic - I time them so I renew during the weekend bonus time and just adding time would make my current one end after the weekend. The equivalent in gems would be appreciated. Thanks.

Our database record shows that you purchased a 7 day Heroic on Monday 10/1, but did not purchase on on Monday 10/9. That is why when you logged on 10/12, your heroic expired, because last one bought was bought 12 days ago.

Then you lost a record - I play daily - there is NO way I would have played for 4 days without one. Strangely the Heroic expired at or near the same time as a 1 day genius I had received from a MB. If you look back at my history you will see that I buy a 7 day Heroic every week like clockwork.

But whatever - of course this was a sinister ruse to scam you out of a few gems!
