Lost Puppy Quest (Phoenix)

when you get the lost puppy quest in phoenix the sergant tells you to look for his puppy in THE DESERT, however the remains of the puppy are found on the aliens in THE BASE. i dont know if this is a "bug" but i have seen people asking about it both here and in the old fb forum. i myself also raided the desert for a long time before i gave up and went to the base and found it by mistake
