I have same problem last night and now.
I cantacted dev team, and they advice me to Use Google Public DNS that can find on this link:http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.html#troubleshooting
But I still can not access DW game using Google Public DNS.

After few googling....., i found this link http://www.proxize.com/index.php, by following steps on proxize.com , now i can play dw again.

So, if your isp temporare can not access dw game, you can temporare access it using proxy.
