Atlantis change ?

1) there seems to be a damage cap now...
2) if so, and code was cloned from fallen, then there is also change in guild exp bonus now...
cause fallen guild exp bonus is:
*the guilds with top 7 (damage dealt) ranked players will recieve 20/16/12/10/8/6/4% exp bonus*.
and atlantis guild exp bonus is:
*Top 7 player's guild will receive 20%/18%/16%/14%/12%/10%/8%*.
