Having spent nearly 5000 E on town cheifs trying to get card, I believe something must be broken or unbalanced... after all its only a 4 star card.. the only ppl who has one of those cards, to my knowledge, is from having bought gems.. I also suspect totem cards are the same case scenario.. have seen very very few of them on other players decks

I bet there isn't even a drop rate, and they are donation only.

They do drop at very low drop rates. Many players have received them from drops.
